All products are packaged in plastic to ensure further protection while being shipped. Please inspect all articles of clothing before removing any tags. To ensure the health of our customers, any product made to be worn around the crotch, such as panties, g-strings, thongs and teddies, may not be returned once it has been worn, removed from it's packaging or separated from the main garment. All garments should be washed before wearing.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Numbers are given out for all requests within 30 days of delivery. All Returned items must have a RMA number before exchange or refunds are processed. Restocking fees may be charged.
